Based on our research and analysis, we identified three neighborhoods as potential locations for the car rental business. We then visited each location to confirm our findings and assess the feasibility of the business in each area. Here are some tips and tricks we used to select the most profitable location for the car rental business:
Assessing Traffic Volumes
We assessed the traffic volumes in each neighborhood by using online resources such as Google Maps and Waze. We also counted the number of cars passing through the area at different times of the day. This helped us determine the potential exposure of the business to potential customers.
